- Theo loved dressing up as an explorer and an elephant for a safari-themed fundraising week at kindergarten. He also loved volcano week - especially when he got to help build a volcano and make it explode (with vinegar, dye and bicarb) and has since been drawing volcanoes non-stop.
- (And while I'm on the subject of Theo, I absolutely adore that he insists on sleeping with a book under his pillow every night!)
- Summer seems to have been and gone, but it was really nice while it lasted. We played in the garden and enjoyed the few strawberries and blueberries that we were able to grow.
- Theo's been working hard on learning how to throw and catch a basketball. He's getting pretty good!
- My step-dad had a birthday and retired, so I baked him a golfing cake (chocolate sponge and frosting, of course, since soil is brown).
