Happy pancake day!
We eat a lot of scotch pancakes in this house, but I'm normally not a big fan of traditional pancakes (unless they're served with meat and sour cream). But we rustled some up and had them with lots of sweet treats. Theo preferred them with lemon, yellow sugar and jellies, and I ate mine with strawberries, chocolate and fudge. Delicious!
We should probably give up chocolate for Lent, in preparation for Easter - we have big plans for an egg hunt!
